How do I get in touch with you?

Please send an email to theshopbetweenworlds@gmail.com and we'll get back to you as soon as we can. Please direct all questions pertaining to orders, as we do not answer those kinds of questions on our social media.

What is your return/refund policy?

Due to both the nature of this shop and the pandemic, we cannot offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. There are no exceptions to this policy.

If your product arrived damaged or incorrect (wrong size or color to what was ordered) in any way, please send us an email explaining the issue and with pictures of the damage, and we'd be happy to put in a reprint request to our printer for you. You're welcome to do what you wish with the damaged product.

No exchanges will be accepted, so make sure you double check the size and color you want before you check out. If your purchase did arrive damaged or incorrect, please let us know within 2 weeks of receiving it.

We are not responsible for the product once it is in the hands of the postal service.

What if I entered the wrong address when I ordered?

We are not responsible for any error on the customer's part, whether that be in entering the incorrect address, or ordering the wrong size or color product. Please always double check your order before you check out.

That being said, if your order has not shipped yet, it is possible for us to go in and manually change only the address part of your order. Please let us know if this is an issue as soon as possible.

Can you make sure my order will be here by a certain date?

I'm afraid not. Because all of our products are printed and shipped out by an outside printer, we cannot guarantee any arrival dates. 

Products can be in production from anywhere between 2-14 days and can take between 4-7 days for shipping depending on the printer and the time of year.

Do you ship internationally?

Via Etsy, yes!! Not every product that is available on here is on our Etsy though. If you're an international customer and there's something you'd like to purchase that isn't on our Etsy, please shoot us a message and we'll figure something out for you.

We're @theshopbetweenworlds on Insta and Tiktok, and @shopbtwnwrlds on Twitter! We do post sneak peeks of new products and designs on our socials quite a bit, so give us a follow!

How can I get featured on your social media?
